1. Who may use the service

Anyone may read the public directory. You must be at least 18 to create a clinic-representative account or claim authority over a clinic profile. You may use Cancer Clinic Finder only where doing so is lawful.

2. Website and navigation scope

Cancer Clinic Finder provides directory research and navigation information. Using the website, comparison tool, phone number, or inquiry form does not create a clinician-patient relationship with Cancer Clinic Finder or a listed clinic.

The planned navigation consultation is not active in this local release. Its clinician, scope, operating regions, fees, cancellation rules, consent, privacy protections, and service-specific terms will be published before booking opens.

3. Clinic and treatment information

Clinic profiles compile cited public sources and clearly labeled clinic-provided updates. Source-check dates show when the cited material was reviewed for the information displayed.

Clinic details can change. Current staff, services, appointments, costs, insurance, travel arrangements, and contact details are available through the clinic links included in each profile.

Treatment pages describe published clinical uses, supportive services, investigational uses, and clinic-reported offerings. Search order and filters organize records using clinic names and structured profile fields. Google ratings, when shown, are attributed to Google and include the displayed review count and source date.

4. Cancer Clinic Finder Verified and featured placement

Cancer Clinic Finder Verified records direct confirmation of the clinic identity, current staff, reported services, location, and practical contact or fee route during the stated review period. The review date and expiry appear on the profile.

Featured Clinic is a labeled promotional placement. A clinic may pay for visibility in a featured module. Featured placement and Cancer Clinic Finder Verified are recorded separately.

5. Navigation inquiries and clinic accounts

A navigation inquiry is sent to Cancer Clinic Finder. The clinic-matching intake asks for contact details and broad directory preferences such as condition, care setting, travel regions, support needs, budget range, and optional treatment interest. Submitting the form authorizes Cancer Clinic Finder to respond using the contact method selected. Do not place medical records, test results, or a detailed medical narrative in the form or an email reply.

Clinic representatives may request a free account and claim a profile. A claimant must provide accurate information, be authorized to act for the clinic, protect account credentials, and report unauthorized access. Cancer Clinic Finder may confirm authority, approve or reject a claim, request clarification, or revoke access.

Approved clinic representatives may publish practical business information and propose changes to identity, team, service, treatment, and media fields. Clinic-provided information is labeled and reviewed before publication.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse, link to, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not impersonate another person or organization; submit false, defamatory, unlawful, or unauthorized information; upload patient information, identity documents, malware, or content you lack permission to provide; access private records or another account; interfere with security or availability; republish the directory at scale without written permission; or use Cancer Clinic Finder contact routes for spam or unrelated solicitation.

7. Content, trademarks, and submissions

Cancer Clinic Finder’s writing, design, code, organization, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Clinic names, logos, photographs, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification.

You retain ownership of material you are authorized to submit. You grant Cancer Clinic Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, display, and adapt that material as needed to operate and promote the relevant profile or service. You represent that you have the required rights and permissions.

8. Clinics and outside services

Cancer Clinic Finder links to clinics, professional registers, public sources, social networks, Google Maps, and other independently operated services. Their own terms, privacy notices, contracts, charges, and service policies apply when you use them.

9. Availability and responsibility

Cancer Clinic Finder may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove content and features. The site is provided “as available,” and directory coverage, third-party information, and service availability can change.

Visitors and clinics remain responsible for their own transactions, travel, contracts, account activity, and information shared with outside organizations. These Terms preserve any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Account action and changes to these Terms

Cancer Clinic Finder may suspend or end account access when credentials are compromised, authority cannot be confirmed, a user violates these Terms, or access threatens the directory or its users. A representative may request account closure under the Privacy Policy.

The updated date at the top changes when these Terms change. Material changes may receive additional notice.

11. Contact and pre-launch details

Use the form at the bottom of this page for a website question, profile correction, or privacy request. Do not send medical records through this form.

This site remains in local pre-launch review. Before public launch, these Terms will identify the responsible legal operator, postal address, governing law, and formal legal contact. Any paid navigation or clinical service will receive separate terms before it is offered.
